In this course, we'll explore eight different dimensions of wellness and learn about lifestyle habits that support them. We'll also provide an overview of the factors, both internal and external, that can affect workplace wellness and explore ways that organizations can demonstrate a strong commitment to employee health. Finally, you'll take the time to assess your own wellness and outline some of the specific factors that affect wellness in your organization.
